Drake’s New Double LP “Scorpion” Drops!

Drake has released his album, Scorpion, which consists of side A (12 songs) and side B (13 songs). The album features appearances from JAY-Z, Static MajorTy Dolla $ign and Michael Jackson. On the record, Drake opened up about his paternity. He said on his song, “March 14,” “Yesterday morning was crazy / I had to come to terms with the fact that it’s not a maybe / That sh*t’s in stone, sealed and signed / She not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine / Sandy used to tell me all it takes was one time and all it took was one time.”

On his son’s rumored mother, Sophie Brussaux, he raps, “Hopefully, by the time you hear this, me and your mother will have come around / Instead of always cuttin’ each other down / God willing, I got a good feeling / You got a good spirit / We’ll talk more when you hear this.”

On his Mariah Carey-sampled, “Emotionless,” he also references his son, saying, “I wasn’t hidin’ my kid from the world / I was hidin’ the world from my kid.”

In other news, 21 Savage has said that Drake doesn’t get enough respect. In a new interview with GQ, 21 said, “Drake just a genuine-a** good-hearted person. He did a lot of sh*t he didn’t have to do. He do a lot of sh*t for up-and-coming rappers, period. I don’t think he get his respect for that. Every f**kin’ year, he pull a new artist up. Ain’t no other artist on his level do that sh*t.”

He also clarified a tweet he posted during Drake and Pusha T’s beef, where he said, “I wish everybody come together and kill all this beef They want us to kill each other especially now since we young and rich.” 21 explained what he meant, saying, “When I was talking about that, I wasn’t talking about [Pusha-T and Drake’s] beef. ‘Cause they beef is like competition beef; it’s more like who-can-out-rap-who type sh*t. It’s different. If I beef with somebody, it’s going to be more than just a song. I’ma be trying to kill your a**.”
