WILLIAMSON COUNTY — A 46-year-old Carterville man is facing up to 60 years in prison after a judge found him guilty this week of Class X felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.

According to Williamson County State’s Attorney Brandon Zanotti, the trial for Nathan Scott Farrah-Pugh, who is also known as Nathan King was held Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. The judge delivered a guilty verdict Tuesday. Farrah-Pugh could get anywhere from 6 to 60 years in prison when sentenced. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for January 11.

Zanotti says the incidents in question happened between 2015 and 2016. The victim was 6 years old at the time. At the trial, DNA evidence was offered by the State.

King had no prior criminal history of sexual abuse. He is an Australian citizen here in the U.S. on a visa according to Zanotti.
