Bryant “Cautiously Optimistic” Democrats In Control Will Cross Party Lines

SPRINGFIELD — One Republican state house member is “cautiously optimistic” that Republicans and Democrats in the new general assembly will work together for the common good of the people in Illinois, even with the Democratic super-majority in both houses.

115th District House Representative Terri Bryant says she believes lawmakers are ready to move on from what has happened in Springfield the past few years.

Bryant is starting her fourth term as representative for the 115th house district.
