CENTRALIA — Linda (Dillon) Rozich, 66, of Centralia passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019, after a long battle with Ovarian Cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin Rozich of Centralia; two sisters: Mary Horton and husband Denny of Highland and Arlene Atkins and husband Chuck of August, GA; a son: C.J. Pigg of Centralia; a daughter: Richelle Volk and husband Kurt of Effingham; step children: Janie King and husband Ron of Carbon, IN, Heather Bean and husband Luther of Bonnie, Riechia Ralston and husband Tim of Arizona, Scott Dillon and wife Flora of Colorado, Brett Dillon of Colorado, Carrie Lull and husband John of Georgia, and Theresa Mudrich of Pennsylvania; she has 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Mike Harbison, two brothers: Andy and Leonard Weiss, a sister: Sandie Schwebel, both her parents, late husband, Jack Dillon, and late husband, Charles E. Pigg.
Linda owned and operated a home daycare/preschool for 23 years. She absolutely loved children. She loved to read, crochet, play board games, play cards, and take care of her flower garden. She loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Per Linda’s wishes, cremation rites will accorded and a Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the First United Methodist Church in Centralia .
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church on Saturday, February 9, 2019.
Memorial donations may be made to the First United Church of Centralia and the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, 618-532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Rozich family.
