She was born on August 21, 1913 in Centralia, the daughter of George Franklin and Ida (Drenckpohl) Myers. She married Charles E. Talbott on April 7, 1928 and he preceded her in death in 1964. She later married Zigmond Wojnas and he preceded her in death in 1994.
Mrs. Wojnas is survived by two daughters Betty Schnake of Hoyleton, and Carol Moore of Centralia; two sons Richard Talbott and wife Sharon of Centralia, and Fred Talbott and wife Dianna of Florida; step-son Ed Wojnas; sister Maxine Ward of Centralia; brother Jack Myers of Centralia; 21 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; sistersDoris Dameron, Marie Bone, and Violet Gilmore; brotherPaul Myers; sons Donald Talbott and Terry Talbott;step-son Jim Wojnas; and granddaughter Pam.
Mrs. Wojnas worked at the Hot Bun, Miss Elaine’s, City Bus, and City Cab of Centralia. She was also a waitress and managed two mobile home parks in Florida. She moved back to Centralia in 1997.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Elmwood Cemetery with Mark Doane officiating.
Friends may call at time of service and are asked to meet at the cemetery.
For those who wish, memorials may be made to donor’s choice, and will be accepted at the Irvin Funeral Home in Centralia, who is in charge of arrangements.
