Noel was born Friday, June 20, 1958 in Salem, the son of the late Joseph Ingram and the late Ruby (Harris) Ingram. On June 2, 1988 in Omega, he was united in marriage to Karen Banning. She survives in Alma.
He was employed by the National Guard Armory in Salem, as a maintenance and repairman and was a member of Grace Nazarene Church in Salem.
He is survived by his wife Karen of Alma; step-son, Carlon “Billy” Lewis of Salem; step-daughter, Carla Gibson and special friend Tracy Devore of Shumway; brother Donald Ingram of Kinmundy; sisters, Melanie McKinney and husband Roger of Iola, Lynette Linder and husband Dean of Salem, and Sherry Smith of Mount Vernon; five step-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; special friends Kenny and Mary Hawkins; several nieces and nephews and a special niece, Deb Atkinson.
Noel is preceded in death by his parents, and half brother, Frank D. Brimberry.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home in Kinmundy, where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2015. Funeral service will be held at Neal Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2015. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Kinmundy.
