MARION COUNTY — Three brothers have been arrested and charged in Marion County Court for their alleged involvement in a methamphetamine conspiracy earlier charged against a fourth man.
On Tuesday, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 21-year-old Kole Koehler, of Carlyle, on suspicion of meth-related charges.
He was formally charged in court Thursday with three counts Class 2 felony delivery of less than 15 grams of meth precursors. His bail has been set at $35,000.
Koehler is alleged to have obtained pseudoephedrine from the three Salem brothers, 19-year-old Christopher Senn, 20-year-old Aaron Senn Jr., and 29-year-old Timothy Senn, who were all arrested Wednesday night.
The three Senn brothers have been formally charged in court with the same Class 2 felony delivery of less than 15 grams of meth precursors.
Bail for Timothy Senn has been set at $50,000, and for Aaron Senn Jr., at $25,000.
Christopher Senn has been formally charged, but has not yet made his first appearance in court or had bail set.
