CENTRALIA — Sandra K. Stamer, 68, of Centralia passed away at 9:45 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015 at her home in Centralia.
She was born on June 26, 1946 in Centralia, the daughter of Emil H. and Pauline (Cunningham) Koch. Sandra married Richard Stamer on November 18, 1988 in Nashville, Tenn. He still survives in Centralia.
Mrs. Stamer is survived by her husband; daughterDana Lincoln of Centralia; son Rick Lincoln of Centralia; step-children Denise Fulton of Monticello, Rick Stamer and wife Barb of Edwardsville, and Paul Stamer and wife Marcia of Silver Lake, Ohio; 12 grandchildren Roy, Shaun, Jack, Josh, Ricky, Dorothy, Travis, Anna, Julianne, Zachary, Steven, and Eleanor; five great-grandchildren Beth, Melony, Dallas, Selena, and Kenny; two brothers Bill Koch and wife Flora of Centralia, and Terry Koch and wife Debbie of Hoffman; three sisters Jackie Middleton of Leesburg, Fla., Sue Thomas of Centralia, and Donna Martin of St. Charles, Mo.,
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She retired from Illinois Bell in the repair department. She was member of Women of the Moose #223. She loved to crochet afghans, plastic canvas,Mahjong. She enjoyed playing bingo. She was also member of TPA Telephone Pioneers of America.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Centralia.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2015, and are asked to meet at funeral home. Women of the Moose will have a service at 7 p.m. Sunday.
For those who wish, memorials may be made to Moose Lodge 1219, and will be accepted at the Irvin Funeral Home in Centralia, who is in charge of arrangements.
