CLAY COUNTY — A 19-year-old Cisne woman died Wednesday night, in a high-speed rollover accident near the Clay County line.
Cassandra Billington was driving home from work Wednesday night around 10:30 when her Chevy Impala drifted across the center line of U.S. Highway 45, ran off the road and overturned. She was ejected from her car and pronounced dead at the scene.
Multiple agencies from multiple counties responded to the scene.
