MOUNT VERNON — It was five-years ago Sunday since a Woodstock woman visiting southern Illinois was last seen by a friend.

Mount Vernon Police say Benedetta “Beth” Bentley had been staying in the Mt. Vernon area when a friend reported dropping her off at the Amtrak station in Centralia. She was never seen again.

Investigators say no one with her name bought a ticket at the train station and no one has seen or heard from her since.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information that leads them to finding her.

She has been known to use her maiden name of Rogers, or Rogers-Bentley.

Cell phone records and credit card records show no activity since May 23, 2010.

Bentley has been entered in the missing person’s database.

Friends and family ask that you contact authorities if you have any information.
