SALEM — Reports Monday of an incident at North American Lighting in Salem resulting in serious injuries to an outside contractor were incorrect. The man was evaluated at the hospital and returned to work Monday following an electrical incident that did cause one production line to temporarily shut down.

A spokesman for NAL says only one department stopped production Monday due to the incident, but they returned later Monday and all production returned to normal.
