JEFFERSON COUNTY — A 23-year-old Mt. Vernon man being sought in connection with an Aug. 5, arrest of a 21-year-old woman on multiple meth charges turned himself in to police Monday morning.

Kegan Graham is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine Manufacturing Materials and Aggravated Meth-Related Child Endangerment.

Graham’s charges resulted from the investigation following the service of a search warrant on his residence on August 5th where Methamphetamine manufacturing chemicals were found.

Savanah Penland was previously arrested on the date of the investigation on similar charges.
