CENTRALIA — Centralia police have responded to an area between Sadler Place and Haussler Street to investigate a dead body reportedly found in an alley.

While few details are being released right now, it is believed at this time that a shooting incident Sunday night that sent one man to the hospital is connected to the body found Monday morning east of North Lincoln Boulevard. The identities of those individuals has not yet been released, nor has the condition of the man taken to the hospital Sunday night.

All police, including Police Chief Doug Krutsinger, a retired State Police Investigator, are on the scene at this time. We will bring you additional details as they become available.
