MARION COUNTY — The Marion County Coroner’s Office is conducting an investigation into the apparent suicide of a 16-year-old rural Centralia teen.

Kamerun Miller, of Racetrack Road, was pronounced deceased Saturday evening by Coroner Troy Cannon.

Cannon states Kamerun had apparently been battling depression and personal issues. No foul play is suspected.

The Sutherland/Garnier Funeral Home in Centralia is assisting the family with arrangements.

Kamerun’s death came the evening before a candlelight memorial in front of the courthouse in Salem memory of suicide victims from Marion County.
