HANNIBAL, Mo. — Two Flora residents died Sunday from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash near Hannibal Mo.
Missouri Highway Patrol identified the victims as 54-year-old Karen J. Halsey, and 62-year-old Bruce E. Pittman.
Halsey was the Flora City Clerk and Pittman was an engineer at North American Lighting.
Pittman’s motorcycle went off the road, down an embankment and struck a tree. Halsey was pronounced dead at the scene; Pittman died a short time later at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
