JEFFERSON COUNTY — Three individuals pleaded guilty and were sentenced on Class X meth-related felonies in separate cases according to Jefferson County State’s Attorney Douglas R. Hoffman.
Kegan R. Graham, 24, of Mt. Vernon pleaded guilty to unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and was sentenced to 16 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
William G. Flanders, 23, of Mt. Vernon pleaded guilty to unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and was sentenced to 14 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
And 57 year old Luanne M. Moore of Mt. Vernon also pleaded guilty to unlawful participation in methamphetamine production and was sentenced to 10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
