CENTRALIA — A vacant house in the 800 block of East Kell in Centralia was destroyed last night by fire. Firefighters first received the call of the fire around 9:44 p.m.

The frame structure house was reportedly well involved when firefighters arrived on the scene. The house reportedly did not have utilities at the time of the fire, and the fire is deemed “suspicious.”

Firefighters reported the fire was under control around 9:57. They remained on the scene until 11:45 p.m.
