MARION COUNTY — Criminal charges have been dropped against the 19-year-old driver of a vehicle stopped Saturday morning in Centralia, after her vehicle was reportedly spotted swerving in and out of the driving lane.

Storm Bullock, of Breese, along with 23-year-old passenger Cody Rigney, of Centralia, were taken to the Marion County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a drug instrument, and possession of burglary tools.

However, criminal charges against Bullock have been dropped and she has been released from the Marion County Jail, instead cited for improper traffic lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Rigney remains in jail, but formal charges have not been filed against him at this time.

Centralia police report they noted a fresh needle mark on Bullock’s arm while speaking with her, and that she appeared lethargic with slurred speech.

After removing both Bullock and Rigney from the vehicle, the Centralia K9 officer alerted on the passenger side of the vehicle, where officers report finding two drug pipes, one that appeared to have been used for methamphetamine and the other for K2.

A further search reportedly revealed the center console was loose, and once removed a baggie of methamphetamine was discovered, along with several pieces of drug paraphernalia, hypodermic syringes and a lock pick kit.

As officers continued their search of the car, they reportedly discovered a pellet pistol designed to look like a .45 caliber hand gun, along with a large baggie of K2.
