In exchange for his guilty plea to the Class 2 charges, all other charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to 5-years on the meth-related child endangerment charge and 3-years on the possession charge to be served consecutively.

Temple was arrested with two others in June, when the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department conducted a drug bust in Carlyle for the manufacture of methamphetamine with a child present.
