CLINTON COUNTY — A 23-year-old Keyesport man was sentenced today in Clinton County Court to a combined 8 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, after he pleaded guilty to felony meth-related child endangerment and felony possession of meth manufacturing material.
Bradley Temple was initially charged with Class X felony aggravated manufacture of less than 15 grams of meth with a child present, two counts Class X manufacture of between 400-900 grams of meth, two Class 4 felony charges for obstruction of justice, and two Class 2 charges for possession of meth manufacturing material and meth-related child endangerment.
In exchange for his guilty plea to the Class 2 charges, all other charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to 5-years on the meth-related child endangerment charge and 3-years on the possession charge to be served consecutively.
Temple was arrested with two others in June, when the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department conducted a drug bust in Carlyle for the manufacture of methamphetamine with a child present.
