According to the Clinton County State’s Attorney’s Office, bail for Kelly O’Rourke has been set at $50,000 and he is formally charged with Class 4 felony aggravated driving under the influence while license revoked due to a prior DUI and Class 2 felony DUI resulting in a death.

Because the investigation into the incident is ongoing — including accident reconstruction and toxicology testing — no further details such as the identity of the woman killed in the crash are being released at this time.

Reports from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department indicate that just after midnight Sunday the Greenville Police Department received a 911 call reporting a two-car crash with injuries on Emerald Road in rural Keyesport at the Muskrat Flats Access.

O’Rourke was taken into custody and was charged Tuesday afternoon in Clinton County Court.
