SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Two brothers are heading to prison for their part in a scheme that defrauded the Illinois EPA out of millions.  Joel and Eric Andrews were each sentenced to over two years behind bars.

Both were the former owners of the Environmental Management of Illinois. Prosecutors say the pair defrauded an IEPA fund by inflating expenses collected for work done to clean up sites contaminated by leaking underground storage tanks.
