Larry D. Garren

CENTRALIA — Larry D. Garren, 70, of Centralia, died on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at his home. He was born May 18, 1946 son of Jesse and Goldie (Patton) Garren.

picture-pubSurvivors include: daughter, Dianna Lopez of Colorado Springs, Colo.; son, Larry Garren Jr. and wife Casey of Maud, Okla.; four grandchildren Kaley, Jordy, Michael, and Malea; three great-grandchildren Brylie, Justin, and Jaxon; and twin great-grandchildren due in October Kembra and Kamdyn; sister, Deborah Loyd and husband David of Centralia; nieces and nephews, Artie McDonald, Jeff McDonald, Terry Garren Jr, Valerie Hernandez, Rosetta Bryan, Danny Rohrscheib, Debbie Kelso; several more nieces and nephews; and two special canine companions, Max, and Sara.

Mr. Garren was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Juanita Garren, and Dorothy McDonald; brothers Jack Garren, Jerry Bee Garren, Terry Lee Garren, and Jesse Garren.

He enjoyed hunting rabbits, squirrel and quail. Larry was known for being an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Mr. Garren loved to spend time with friends and family.

Per Larry’s wishes, he will be cremated. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, or American Heart Association.
