CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago police say one person is in custody after shots were allegedly fired at police on the city’s South Side.

No one was injured.

Police spokeswoman Ana Pacheco says officers responded to a call of shots fired around 3:30 a.m. Sunday. During the investigation, authorities say the offenders allegedly shot at police and fled into two different buildings.

Pacheco says a SWAT team responded to clear the buildings. Police say one person was taken into custody.
