Allen Phillips pleaded guilty to Class 2 felony possession of meth manufacturing material, in exchange for Class 2 felony counts of possessing less than 15 grams of meth precursors and Class 2 felony disposal of meth manufacturing waste being dismissed.

Allen was arrested in April after Marion County Sheriff’s deputies discovered waste in a burn pile related to the manufacture of meth.

Phillips gave deputies permission to search the home, where deputies found evidence further indicating meth had been manufactured in the home.
