EAST ST. LOUIS — A 56-year-old Collinsville man pleaded guilty in federal court to charges of conspiracy to distribute oxycodone and methadone earlier this week, according to the United State Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois.

Evidence obtained with the assistance of a confidential source indicated that Gerald Tanner was the drug supplier for St. Clair County residents Ryan Koch and Lisa Marie Sue Ketterer pleaded guilty to charges of selling the drugs supplied to them by Tanner.

Ketterer will be sentenced in August and Koch will be sentenced in September.  Tanner faces up to 20 years in prison and a one million-dollar fine when he is sentenced on October 19.
