INA, Ill. — Three people are in jail after the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office/Mt. Vernon Police Department High Risk Team executed a search warrant Friday at a home in the 2300 block of North Benton Lane in Ina.

The warrant was based off an extensive investigation conducted by Jefferson County Sheriff Office Detectives.

Authorities arrested 58-year-old Rodney D. Howard — his bail has been set at $100,000, 51-year-old Terry J. Howard – his bail has been set at $75,000 and 33-year-old Amber Howard – her bail has been set at $75,000.

All three face charges of meth manufacturing, possession of meth precursors, possession of drug equipment, possession of meth, and theft over $500. Drugs, ammunition and several stolen items were recovered during this raid.

This investigation and several others continue with more arrests pending.
