JEFFERSON COUNTY — A burglary investigation by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has landed a family of three in jail on multiple charges.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, 46-year-old Eric S. Hout, 36-year-old Amanda M. Hout, and 19-year-old Wristen M. Hout, were arrested Monday after a search of a Jones Street home revealed stolen items.

Eric Hout was additionally arrested for alleged parole violation, manufacture and delivery of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Amanda and Wristen Hout were each taken into custody for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three are being held in the Jefferson County Jail with formal charges remaining to be filed and bail to be set.

The sheriff’s office says more charges and more arrests are pending.
