Amy Moghadam will receive day-for-day credit, as well as credit for time served. She will have to serve one-year parole following her release from prison, and will have to pay court costs and restitution.

Judge Mark Stedelin allowed Moghadam to be released on furlough until September 29, at which time she is to turn herself in to the Marion County Jail.

She will not, however, be transported to IDOC until after October 4 when she is scheduled for a restitution hearing to determine how much she must pay her victim.

She is not permitted to have contact with the victim while she’s free on furlough.
