FAYETTE COUNTY — Three men are in the Fayette County Jail facing multiple meth-related charges including possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested 41-year-old Jacob Lowe, of Pana; and 25-year-old Justin Blackburn, and 29-year-old Samuel Brummet, both of Ramsey.

Both Brummet and Blackburn were formally charged Tuesday in Fayette County Court with Class X possession with the intent to deliver between 15 and 100 grams of meth, Class 1 felony possession of between 15 and 100 grams of meth, Class 2 felony use of a vehicle or structure for a meth-related crime, Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Bail for Brummet was set at $60,000 and for Blackburn at $45,000. Brummet was appointed a public defenders to represent him, but Blackburn said he will hire a private attorney.

Lowe was formally charged in court Tuesday with Class 3 felony possession of less than 5-grams of meth, Class 4 aggravated fleeing, Class 4 manufacture with the intent to delvier between 10 and 30 grams of cannabis, misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic syringe, and misdemeanor possession of between 10 and 30 grams of cannabis.

Lowe also received eight traffic citations in connection with his arrest. His bail was set at $60,000, and he was also appointed a public defender. Preliminary hearings for Lowe and Blackburn are scheduled for November 4.
