CLINTON COUNTY — Bail has been set at six-figures each for two Trenton men who were formally charged Wednesday in Clinton County Court, with multiple meth-related felonies.

Trenton police first arrested 43-year-old Marc A. Jarvis and he was booked into the Clinton County Jail on Monday. They then arrested 44-year-old Christopher Litteken, and he was booked into the Clinton County Jail on Tuesday.

Both Jarvis and Litteken have been charged with two Class X felony counts each of manufacture of between 400 and 900 grams of methamphetamine, and Litteken is also charged with Class 2 felony possession of less than 15 grams of meth precursors.

Jarvis is also facing a Class X felony charge of possession of between 400 and 900 grams of meth, and three Class 2 felonies for possession of meth manufacturing material, disposal of meth manufacturing waste, and meth-related child endangerment.

Bail for Litteken has been set at $100,000, with special conditions of release to have no contact with Jarvis and to submit to random testing

Bail for Jarvis has been set at $150,000, with special conditions of release to have no contact with Litteken and to submit to random testing.

Both men are next scheduled in court November 2nd, for first appearances with their court appointed attorneys.
