CENTRALIA — Centralia Police arrested a 38-year-old Centralia man on separate drug-related charges Monday night.

Donald Warren, who was wanted on an outstanding Marion County traffic warrant, is now facing a Class 4 felony charge possessing a controlled substance.

Centralia police officers were responding to a Centralia convenience store where it was believed Warren was going to use the bathroom to do drugs.

Police say Warren admitted to them that he had two hypodermic syringes on him. They report that they later found a baggie in one of Warren’s pockets containing three individual bags of heroin.

He was taken to the Marion County Jail.
