SOUTHERN ILLINOIS — You could still win the $250 gas card in the 2018 Illinois Bicentennial Photo Contest. Submit your photo taken at an attraction or on a trip in any of the 22 counties in ILLINOISouth Tourism region, including Marion County.

Some of the suggested places are the William Jennings Bryan Home Museum or Bryan Statue in Salem; the Centralia Carillon Tower; the Water Tower in Kinmundy; or any number of beautiful locations around Marion County like at Forbes Lake, Raccoon Lake or Lake Centralia.

Your photo could be used in the Visitors Guide, Tourism Times newsletters or online on Facebook or at illinoisouth.org.

All photos must be submitted electronically at photo-contest2018@illinoisouth.org. Include your name, address, phone number and email of the person sending it and the location where the photo was taken.

You must be 21 or older and authorized to give permission to use the photo in the Bureau’s promotional materials.
