Dustin Wooters had been convicted last year of Class 2 felony burglary and in a separate case of Class 3 retail theft.

Wooters was sentenced to 2-years probation, drug/alcohol treatments, and ordered to pay restitution.

He later violated the terms of his probation in both cases and has now been sentenced to 3-years in prison on the burglary charge and 2-years in prison on the retail theft charge; however, both sentences will served concurrently.

After he was sentenced Wooters was remanded to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office where he is already facing a charge of felony theft.
