Dallas Holt will also have to complete counseling through the “Choices” program, she was given credit for time served, and Judge Mark Stedelin also ordered her to pay court costs, and $480 probation service fee.

In October 2016, Holt and her mother Patricia Speagle were arrested along with her step-father Gary Speagle on multiple charges each of child sex offenses.

Patricia and Gary Speagle have since pleaded guilty to a portion of the charges they each faced. They were each sentenced to 110 years in prison.

Holt was originally charged with eight Class 1 felony sex offenses, on Class X, and one Class 2 felony.

Defense attorney Steve Quinn had earlier brought forth information from the Amy Center indicating that when Holt was a child she had allegedly been a victim of sexual abuse. Her alleged abuser was reportedly never brought to justice.

She pleaded guilty in October to two amended counts Class 2 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a family member under the age of 18. The Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office had sought prison time for Holt on the two charges to which she pleaded guilty. A Class 2 felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison.

Holt is due back in Marion County Court February 16 for a review of an ordered job search.
