NASHVILLE, Ill. — Nashville police had a brief pursuit Tuesday of a 23-year-old Mt. Vernon man wanted on an outstanding Jefferson County warrant.

Officers went to the place of employment, and while they were inside the warehouse McLorn reportedly fled the building.

Officers engaged in a brief vehicle pursuit but McLorn quickly surrendered without further incident. McLorn was sentenced in 2013 to six years in prison after he pleaded guilty to the lesser Class 1 felony charge against him of residential burglary.
