CHICAGO (AP) — A suburban Chicago man has been arrested on federal charges that he took part in the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol.

Twenty-four-year-old Christian Kulas of Kenilworth became at least the ninth Illinois resident to be arrested for taking part in the attack when he was taken into custody at his home Tuesday morning.

At a hearing later in the day, a federal judge ordered Kulas be released on a recognizance bond to the custody of his mother. In a 10-page complaint, prosecutors say that evidence against Kulas includes social media and surveillance video showing him at the Capitol wearing a hat with the Trump campaign slogan, “Keep America Great.”
