MARION COUNTY — An update to a story we brought you Tuesday morning, a 29-year-old Centralia man posted bond following his latest arrest for alleged criminal trespass to government supported property.

TJ Howard was released Tuesday after posting $150 cash bond following his arrest by Centralia police Monday night when he allegedly refused to public housing property on North Sycamore.

Officers had responded to the address on a suspicious person call. Upon officers’ arrival, Howard reportedly told Ricosha Young to not answer the officer’s questions and yelled profanities at the officers.

Young was issued an ordinance violation for disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.

According to court documents, Young is the person who posted $25,000 cash bond for Howard on Friday, on weapons charges.. She also posted $15,000 cash bond for him in April and $7,500 cash bond for him in September. Another woman, Chelsey Cunningham posted his $10,000 cash bond in February.

Formal charges on Howard’s latest arrest are expected to be filed tomorrow, pending further information from Centralia police.

Howard currently has seven outstanding felony cases pending in Marion County, with the most recent arrest possibly making eight. He also has four outstanding DUI cases pending in Marion County Court. The cases date back to 2011.
