TJ Howard has repeatedly made headlines recently for multiple felony arrests and for posting large amounts of cash bond. Howard was arrested this afternoon at the Marion County Probation Office, after he allegedly tested positive for THC, the active ingredient in cannabis.

According to Marion County State’s Attorney Matt Wilzbach, a condition of one of Howard’s bonds was to abstain from drugs, and be subject to random testing.

Currently Howard is free on eight separate and outstanding cases dating back to 2011 in Marion County, with bond amounts posted totaling nearly $58,000. He was released after posting $150 bond Tuesday for a Monday night arrest on a criminal trespass charge. He was also released Friday when $25,000 cash was posted for an April arrest in which he was charged with three felony weapons charges.

In the interest of transparency, it should be known that we received an email from someone claiming to be Howard, claiming his innocence and declaring he is being framed.
