Crystal S. Golla pleaded guilty in one case to possession of less than 15 grams of meth precursors, a Class 2 felony, in exchange for a Class 1 felony meth manufacturing charge being dismissed.

She was sentenced in that case to 3-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, to run concurrently with a 3-year sentenced she received today in a separate case for manufacture with the intent to distribute between 10-30 grams of cannabis, a Class 4 felony.

Golla was first arrested in late May on an outstanding warrant charging her with the meth offenses. She has remained in custody since that time, but was ultimately charged less than a month later when an investigation by the Mt. Vernon Police Department/Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Joint Narcotics Division resulted in a warrant being issued for her arrest on the cannabis delivery charge.
