Christopher M. Graham pleaded guilty to one Class 2 felony count of failing to report a change of address or employer – a requirement he has violated more than twice. In exchange for Graham’s guilty plea, a second count of the same charge was dismissed.

Graham was arrested by Centralia police in June, for failure to register his address, Facebook account, and new employer.

He had remained in the Marion County Jail since his June arrest, with bail set at $25,000. Per the plea agreement, Graham was given credit for 50 days served, and was granted furlough until 9 a.m. August 12, at which time he must turn himself in to the Marion County Jail for transport to IDOC.

According to online court records, Graham has twice previously been convicted of violating the registry, and was sentenced each time to 3-years in prison.
