BENTON — Two juveniles were allegedly involved in a home burglary in the 1000 block of Gardner Street in Benton Saturday night.

Police went to the scene at 8 where the homeowner reported that he saw someone enter his home, take an Apple iPhone and jump out his window. The homeowner was able to give police a clothing description of the suspect.

Police say through their investigation, the juveniles – ages 13 and 10 – were identified as suspects and the stolen property was recovered. 

The case is being reviewed by the State’s Attorney’s office for consideration of charges.
