viewing Christmas lights with Friday night.
Justin Prunty, of Centralia, allegedly forced a woman to commit a sex act after suggesting she drive to a dark and secluded area of Foundation Park. The woman then allegedly drove Prunty home and then returned to her own home.
She did not report the incident until Saturday after she told a co-worker about the alleged incident and the police were called. Prunty claims the sex act was consensual.
He was formally charged Monday morning in Marion County Court with Class 1 felony criminal sexual assault with force, and his bail was set at $50,000.
