FLORA, Ill. — Illinois State Police say two Flora teens were injured in a crash with a semi Wednesday night on U.S. Route 50 at Worthey Street in Flora.

State police report a car driven by a 16-year-old boy from Flora turned into the path of a semi driven by 49-year-old Darrel Frank Bell of Everton, Arkansas.

The teen and his 13-year-old female passenger from Flora were both injured and were taken to Clay County Hospital in Flora. Bell was not injured.
