SALEM — The City of Salem has announced a number of road closings Thursday and Friday for paving, weather permitting.

From 7 a.m. until 12 p.m. Thursday, Baldridge Lane from Mills Cart Road south to the north Wal-Mart entrance will be closed to all thru traffic.

Then from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. Thursday, North Illinois Street will be closed.

Finally, East Lake Street from Broadway to Marion will be closed from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. Friday for paving, weather permitting.
