FLORA, Ill. — Two men are in the Clay County Jail following an investigation by the Flora Police Department and the Southeastern Illinois Drug Task Force, along with the Clay County Sheriff’s K-9 unit.

According to reports, 28-year-old Dakota Cosner, of Flora, and 58-year-old Harold L. Young, of Louisville, were arrested Friday.

Cosner was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts delivery of a contolled substance — bath salts, and possession of a controlled substance.

Young was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

They were both taken to the Clay County Jail where they await the formal filing of charges and the setting of bail.
