Courtney Rogozoski reportedly led Wamac police on a vehicle pursuit that ended when her vehicle struck a culvert on Walnut Hill Road near the intersection with Perrine Street.

A passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Brandon Rogozoski, reportedly fled the crash scene on foot. He was arrested for resisting arrest but was later released from jail when the Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office decided to not pursue the charge.

Courtney Rogozski was charged in court Monday with aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude, as well as for driving while license revoked.
