Centralia and Salem high schools will be joining others around the country in lighting up the skies Friday night in honor of the Class of 2020.

The schools will be turning on their stadium lights at 8:20 p.m., which is 20:20 in military time.

The lights will be left on for 20 minutes in honor of the Class of 2020 that has had much of their Senior year interrupted by the coronavirus.

Schools are asking everyone to drive by their stadiums at 8:20 to honor the students. However, you should stay in your cars and observe social distancing guidelines.
