CARLYLE — Approximately 12 cyclists from different police agencies throughout Illinois rode through Carlyle this morning on their way to Chicago.
The group started its journey in Metropolis. Every year they make this trek in honor of fallen police officers from the previous year.
During their short stop in Carlyle, they made a dedication to fallen Marion County Sheriff’s Office officer Adam Conrad.
MCSO has extend a deep and sincere “thank you”, to these men and women, for their time and dedication to honoring fallen officers and wishes them safe travels.
