MARION COUNTY — The Marion County Treasurer’s Office has announced the 2019 real estate tax bills have been mailed.
Due dates for the bills that are payable in 2020 are now July 30 and September 30. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and guidelines from the health department and CDC, residents entering the courthouse will be required to wear a mask, are subject to temperature checks, health screening and personal search.
To avoid health screenings and personal searches, payments can also be made through the U.S. Mail, at local banks and credit unions, or a dropbox on the west side of the courthouse.
Online payments can be made from your checking account. You will need to include your Property Index Number with your payment. ACH checking account payments, as well as credit/debit card payments can be made at marionil.devnetwedge.com under County Pay Taxes tab.
The Treasurer’s Office at the courthouse is open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday-Friday to receive payments. If you do not receive your bill, contact the Treasurer’s Office at 548-3858.
