CLINTON COUNTY — The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office is warning the public about the most recent phone scam attempt in the area.

According to sheriff’s reports, a county resident received a call from an individual claiming to be a representative from “The Price is Right”.

No information was provided to the caller, but when the complainant called the number on her caller id back, it appeared to be from out of the country.
